Instructions:

In order to play old boys, social, or competitive rugby with the Grunion RFC
you need to be registered with USA Rugby
and the Southern California Rugby Football Union for the 2006 season.
For your SCRFU membership please fill out the attached form and provide a photo
& necessary attachments (e.g. photocopy of Drivers license & Passport).
Exceptions listed below*.

Give the form to either Judge or Ken, or put it in the mail ASAP or by December 20th.

Once your dues are paid in full and your SCRFU form is received,
the club will register you with USA Rugby as well as SCRFU
and you will be eligible to play games beginning in 2006.
